Refund policy

UK / INTERNATIONAL RETURNS POLICY

If you want to process a return of your order, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition. Once returned, you will be entitled to receive a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.

  • All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable
  • We do not accept exchanges.
  • Returns within the UK should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. Use ROYAL MAIL to do so.

We do not sell your personal information. We collect them via shopify and its partners to Process and ship orders via (DPD, Royal Mail).

    • Domestic Orders(UK): Handled by DHL/UPS/DPD/Royal Mail; delivery time automatically depends on checkout options. Customers are liable for import taxes/duties.
    • International Orders: Handled by DHL/UPS/DPD/Royal Mail; delivery time automatically depends on checkout options. Customers are liable for import taxes/duties.
